The USA Men's National Team will face the Chile Condors Saturday in the third round of the ARC.
The Eagles sit tied with the Argentina XV in 1st place, albeit behind Argentina on points difference.
Todd Clever has four tries already in the competition, which is second behind Argentina's Lucas Noguera Paz, who has five. Leading the ARC in points so far is Brazil's Australian-born flyhalf David Harvey with 29. Second is Paz and Chile's Matias Nordenflycht.
This will be an intriguing matchup in that Chile really has nothing to lose, and the USA team is still trying to find its way. Did you know that the Eagles have been beaten by Chile? They lost in Santiago 21-13 in 2002.
Friday the Eagles had their captain's run, with several players working on their goalkicking, and running through some semi-opposed phases. Here are some photos:
