Arizona plays in the PAC Rugby Conference, and the Wildcats also added a variety of ranked teams outside of that - Saint Mary's, Lindenwood, and Utah to name three.

The result was a DIA quarterfinal appearance, a nice indication of the upward trajectory the Wildcats have been on.
